Whose credit you are pulling

Credit Bureau is where a pull is run and read. The selector at the top names the person everything below it belongs to, and it is how you switch to the co-applicant.

Why it matters

The two are pulled separately, so this control is the only thing telling you whose report you are reading.

Watch out

Deciding without the co-applicant's pull is, per the implementation manager, the most common reason a decision has to be reversed. On a joint file, switch the selector and confirm their pull exists before you record anything.
