The first card says what kind of deal this is: the product, the source it arrived through and the dealer who sent it. Under them sit Membership Status, Member Account Number, Is Employee and Has Co-Borrower.

Why it matters

Source and dealer tell you a dealer is waiting on this file, and membership and the co-borrower change what you have to check before you read a single number.

Watch out

Is Employee never reads Yes on a file you meet here: employee applications are kept out of these queues and run through a separate process. Read Source before you treat anything as a fault — a CUDL file can complete a stipulation on its own from a matching document, and its decisions do not push back to the dealer the way DealerTrack’s do.
