Failed Rules

Every rule the file failed is listed with a status, and the status decides what happens next: Prevent Approval blocks approval until the rule is dealt with, Auto Decline resolves the file to a decline. At go-live only a short allow-list may auto-decline — an applicant under 18, a bankruptcy within 36 months, and a few conditions specific to one channel.

Why it matters

Everything else goes to Manual Review by design, so a file that looks bad still comes to a person.
