Queues

The panel down the left is the Queues tree. At the top is All Applications, and under it the two branches an application can arrive through, Indirect and Direct.

Why it matters

Every session starts in this panel, and because a queue is a view of the same applications, a file is wherever it matches rather than somewhere it was moved to.
